Maximum-Pay engages the self-employed worker under a ‘Contract of Services’ and has ‘Terms of Business’ with the agency or end client.
We become the intermediary company, not a nominee or a conduit, between the individual and client. We receive payment from the agency or client and pay the individual less our margin on a daily payment depending on the pay run cycle of the agency or client.
